At ABB Service, we work closely with our customers and are represented in several locations around Sweden, from Gällivare in the north to Malmö in the south. Right now we are looking for you who want to specialize in UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and who want to contribute to our continued growth.

In this role, we offer a long-term development plan where you step by step get to build up a solid competence in both technology and our offer, together with our Power Protection team. You will be given time and support to get to know our solutions in depth, with good opportunities to gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows.

The mission of the Power Protection team is to design, integrate and deliver solutions and provide services that increase reliability, availability and profitability for our customers - while minimizing risks in production plants. We work throughout the entire plant life cycle and help our customers drive continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• You will work closely with our Power Protection team who develop, package and sell UPS solutions.
• The role consists of a combination of sales and project responsibility.
• You will be in contact with customers, understand their needs and develop a technical solution that fits their business.
• You will prepare quotes and follow the customer through the entire process - from first contact to delivery and handover.
• You work closely with colleagues in the UPS team, such as the manager, planner and technician.
• For the right person, there are very good development opportunities, for example towards project management, system design or management roles.
• The position is located at ABB's office in Kista.

Your background

• You are a driven and curious person who likes to take responsibility and make things happen.
• You have a post-secondary education in electricity, such as electrical engineering, electrical engineer or control engineering.
• You have experience in sales of electricity or energy solutions, preferably towards industry, data centers or other critical facilities. You want to deepen your skills and develop further in the field of UPS.
• You have a B license and are comfortable working in the Office package.
• You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• As a person, you are meticulous, interested in technology and have an open and responsive approach to both customers and colleagues.
• If you have previously worked with UPS, batteries or DC systems, it is a big plus.
