The demand for our services is increasing sharply as the customers' need for cost advice grows within Advisory and right now we want to grow throughout Stockholm, Mälardalen and the Southern Norrland area with advisory construction economists. We offer the market's most accurate data and a dedicated team. We are one step ahead and offer cost assessments and advice already at the idea stage in all types of construction and construction projects.

In the role of Construction Economist, you work closely with our customers with cost assessments, analyzes, control and advice throughout the construction and management process from the idea stage to the finished building. Your documentation will provide increased knowledge of the costs of alternative solutions and provide the conditions for taking a position at an early stage of the projects on cost consequences for various requirements and wishes.

We would like to see a great interest in issues relating to the industry in general, such as climate, sustainability and new technologies so that we can be at the forefront and deliver the best possible results and advice to our customers. Our clients are real estate developers, investors, law firms, the public sector, developers, architects and other decision makers. We often work on cross-functional projects, so you will also work extensively with other teams and functions within the company. You will belong to the Advisory - East and North region which is part of Transportation & Places. You will report to our Service Area Manager Cost Management and the position is located at one of our offices in Linköping, Norrköping, Stockholm, Örebro, Västerås, Gävle or Sundsvall.

Qualifications

The role requires:

• Several years of experience in the real estate and / or construction industry.
• Documented experience in calculating construction and construction projects.
• Good understanding of the construction process and all regulations such as ABK, AB and ABT.
• You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing.
• You enjoy and want to work in a broad, varied and advisory role.

Additional is:

• If you have knowledge in any of the areas of time planning, construction and / or real estate economics, environment and BIM.
• A bonus is if you also have an engineering education.
