Are you a skilled Data Engineer who is passionate about driving the development of data transformation for our clients?

At AFRY Digital Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of projects and clients, both in shorter assignments and large-scale initiatives - both locally and internationally. You will be part of a strong team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Software Developers, where we together deliver a range of digital solutions for our clients. Qualifications

Are you our next Data Engineer?

We are looking for you with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a relevant university degree. You have at least three or more of the following competencies:

• Experience with Python, Java, Scala or other object-oriented languages
• Ability to ensure high data quality, perform validation and transformation in data processes
• Experience working in cloud environment, for example in Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Experience designing and developing scalable, secure and robust solutions in e.g. Azure Data Factory, Synapse or AWS. Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Databricks
• Knowledge in data modeling, databases and data storage, (e.g. PostgreSQL, Data Lakes)
• Experience in designing, optimizing and maintaining ETL pipelines and data flows
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for data flows is meritorious.
• If you have worked in orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow or Dagster)
