About the role

We always have a high demand from our clients for junior consultants and therefore we are looking for you who are at the beginning of your engineering career and enjoy quality, standards and/or processes!

Do you want to learn more about which product-related legal requirements need to be met in order to sell a product in a specific country or do you want to be involved in ensuring the quality of the product before launch? Do you, like us, love to organize your environment and come up with smarter, more efficient ways of working? Then you are hopefully our next employee and colleague!

In your role as a junior consultant, you will be on assignment at one of our customers and e.g. work with:

• Follow up product quality and suppliers through measurement or arrival control.
• Investigate quality problems or conduct deviation investigations.
• Develop process descriptions, create smart templates and write easy-to-read work instructions.
• Participate in the product development process e.g. by testing and verifying and compiling documentation for product applications.
• Participate in GAP analysis, risk analysis, data collection and internal audits.

Who are we?

Our Compliance & Quality Management (CQM) section consists of about 30 employees in Mälardalen, Malmö and Gothenburg. The section is run by Britta-Stina together with group manager Lars and our team leader Jacob. Among our employees, who range from new graduates to senior employees, there is a broad competence in quality, compliance and business development. We work with products throughout its life cycle or processes throughout the company's organization in different industries and organizations.

Requirement specification

You are a civil / university engineer at the beginning of your career who finds quality, standards, machine and / or product safety, work environment, technical documentation and / or business development exciting! If you have one or more years of experience in the field, it is of course interesting but not a requirement.

You are looking for a job that is challenging, fun and requires drive while you will of course be supported by senior colleagues. You are flexible, have a structured approach and are good at working independently. You are also good at communicating and have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
