Job description
The Service & Support business at AFRY in Malmö is growing and we are now looking for a new colleague!
With us, you get to work with an established client base that includes several large companies and authorities in industry and infrastructure. The role offers good development opportunities, and you will receive regular training in our customers' systems to ensure that you are always one step ahead in terms of competence.
As an employee with us, you will be part of one of our in-house projects where you will have the opportunity to be involved in the project's entire journey from quote to commissioning. You will also be part of our support group that handles round-the-clock support throughout the year. Each colleague covers approximately every five weeks, in the beginning you will be supported by your colleagues and we work together in the support. Your main tasks will be to troubleshoot PLC control systems, follow up on support cases, have dialog with customers and propose improvement solutions. You will also be responsible for planning and carrying out system maintenance and annual system reviews.

It is meritorious if you have knowledge of control systems such as Siemens SIMATIC, Siemens SICAM, Mitsubishi, Zenon SCADA, ABB and previous experience as an industrial electrician or service technician.
This service includes security-classified assignments, Swedish citizenship and an approved security clearance are therefore a requirement for employment.
Additional information
We collaborate a lot with colleagues so the natural starting point is in the office in Malmö, at the same time there is flexibility to work remotely if needed. Shorter trips and work at our customers with troubleshooting and smaller projects are also part of the service. The team currently consists of two colleagues who work closely together, while we are part of a larger market area where we collaborate with several sections around the country. In total, we are about 64 nice colleagues in Malmö.
