Job Description

We are specialists in industrial automation and are now looking for more employees for our venture in Stockholm.At AFRY Advanced Automation, we work with exciting and technology-intensive assignments where we deliver customized automation services to clients in both the private and public sectors. You will work on designing and implementing automation solutions according to customer needs and requirement specifications, where your expertise plays a major role. Your main tasks will include methodical troubleshooting, programming in PLC/SCADA/DCS, documentation and acting as a technical sounding board for our customers to find optimal solutions. The assignments can be anything from minor programming changes or upgrades of existing systems to new construction and construction of new systems and factories. Our deliveries are made both through individual expert services as well as complete functional or total commitments. The work will be carried out partly at local customers but also at our offices in in-house projects.

Qualifications

As you will be working on finding solutions to advanced problems, we would like to see that you like problem solving. We imagine that you value collaborating with others and creating engagement, building relationships and being responsible. In addition to this, you are interested in developing yourself and helping to develop your colleagues and customers. You also have: 

• Relevant education in the field or equivalent work experience.  
• Many years of experience as an automation engineer and good knowledge of working in ABB's software, ABB 800xA. If you have also worked with older ABB products AC450 and MP200 and with system assignments, this is an advantage but not a requirement. 
• B-driving license as travel in the service occurs.  
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
