Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for assignments in several industries and with a strong focus on the public sector, energy and defense industry. The work is based on a great interest in people, technology and the bridge between them. The consultant role means in many ways being an advisory party to our customers and building trust   In the role, you will work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, manage stakeholders and drive process improvements. You will be responsible for identifying risks, analyzing data for better decision making and ensuring smooth implementation of IT solutions. In addition, you support change management and ensure that new systems and processes are effectively integrated into the business. Through your ability to communicate and build trust, you collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from operational to strategic level.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration (Master's is meritorious).
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and IT projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and good communication.
• Experience in project management and business processes.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have: 

• Experience in agile development.
• Certifications such as CBAP/ECBA are meritorious.
• Consulting experience.
• Consulting work in the pre-study phase.
• Knowledge of LOU. Experience in energy and/or defense
