Job description

Are you an MBA with a specialization in Business Control? Do you have a few years of experience in a similar role and are you ready for a new challenge in a stable, listed global company with net sales of approximately SEK 24 billion? Do you want a broad role where you can develop and contribute? Then you are the right person for us!

We are now looking for a Business Controller for the Advanced Automation business area based in Gothenburg. The controller function in the business area currently consists of 4 people who work closely together. In our group we have high ceilings, a wonderful community and a lot of freedom under responsibility. The department is responsible for the business area's project monitoring, performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as support and guidance to our managers and project managers at different levels.

As Business Controller, you will play a key role as the business changes towards more complex business that places increased demands on controlling and analysis.

The following is a selection of tasks included in the role of Business Controller:

• Analyze financial results, key figures and deviations.
• Identify activities and measures that increase profitability and cash flow.
• Responsible for budget and forecasting work.
• Project follow-up, project reporting and participate in steering group meetings.
• Produce reports and analyzes for the various needs of the business, using data from ERP, CRM, HR systems and BI tools.
• Participate in driving processes and analyzes from an overall business area perspective.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with:

• A college or university degree in economics.
• Several years of relevant work experience, experience as a Business Controller is meritorious.
• A good analytical ability and background and understanding of financial management.
• Good knowledge and experience of Excel and PowerBI.

In the role, you will have contact with colleagues in different functions and you therefore need to have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. It is important that you are thorough, good at prioritizing and used to working against deadlines. To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important that you are good at collaborating and have the ability to create trusting relationships at different levels of an organization. We also value your good ability to communicate with different target groups.
