We’re now looking for an experienced CI/CD Engineer who wants to help our clients build modern, sustainable, and efficient development environments where quality and automation are the focus.

In this role, you’ll be a key enabler of our development teams’ success. Through smart work methods, automation, and continuous improvement, you’ll help create more agile processes, higher quality, and faster deliveries.

With us, you’ll work on a variety of projects alongside skilled colleagues and exciting clients across a range of industries. You’ll have ample opportunity to influence work methods, share your knowledge, and continue to grow in your role as a technical specialist. The position will be based at our office in Gothenburg.

Your Role

As a CI/CD Engineer, you’ll help our clients create robust and modern delivery flows for the software development of the future. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, and other technical specialists to ensure that development and delivery processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate build, test, and release processes
• Support development teams in DevOps, tools, and workflows
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize development and integration environments
• Contribute to improved quality, stability, and efficiency in software deliveries
• Drive continuous improvement and share knowledge within teams and the organization

Qualifications

Who are you?

We believe you have several years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or software development, and that you’re motivated by solving complex technical challenges alongside others.

You’re curious about new technology, enjoy improving processes, and see the value in creating solutions that make everyday life easier for both developers and the business.

We believe you have

• At least five years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or software development
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of Git and Linux
• Experience with scripting or programming in Python, Bash, or similar languages
• The ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders

It would be especially beneficial if you also have

• Experience with DevOps and automation in large-scale development environments
• Have worked with modern cloud infrastructure and container-based solutions
• Experience coaching or supporting development teams on DevOps issues
