Job description

As a Configuration Manager you will be part of a customer project within vehicle development and work closely with the sub-project manager to drive the project forward with high quality. As a Configuration Manager you will have the opportunity to actively influence and shape the function of the role.

The role includes: 

• Plan, implement and drive configuration management work.
• Proactively work with the configuration items throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive decision making around the content of the configurations.
• Support the organization in matters related to configuration management.
• Be an active leader in configuration management, where you become an important part of both the organization and the project.

Qualifications

Your fundamental interest in vehicle development and ability to create order is essential. The success of the role will depend heavily on your personal qualities. 

In the role it is of great importance to be able to communicate effectively and have a desire to drive the business forward. You are expected to be both driven and innovative in your work.

Our customers are located in several places in Sweden, so travel in the service may occur.

Requirements for the service:

• You have good knowledge of configuration management and requirements management.
• You have good knowledge of vehicle development, both from software and hardware 
• You have a civil engineering degree in, for example, mechatronics, electronics or computer engineering, or have other relevant educational background for the role
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
