Job description

We are looking for more construction and project managers in real estate for our office in Örnsköldsvik. Our business in northern Sweden is in a positive development and thanks to increased demand and new exciting assignments, we now have the opportunity to welcome more committed colleagues to our growing team. The section is active in Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, Luleå, Kiruna and Östersund.

As a construction/project manager, you are responsible for coordinating and following up projects through the various stages of the construction process. We are also looking for expertise in construction inspection, KA and installation management.

You will coordinate several parts of the project, often across different areas of expertise, and lead the work towards common goals. Our assignments are carried out in teams where junior consultants collaborate with more experienced colleagues - we learn from each other and develop together.

You will be an important part of our local operations, working closely with colleagues regionally. With you, you have AFRY employees all over Sweden - all with the same commitment and passion as you.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a natural leader and team player - someone who creates business and builds community. You are appreciated by both colleagues and customers, and find it easy to build good relationships internally and externally. In addition, we see that you have:

• A few years of experience in construction and project management in real estate and buildings.
• A background in construction is a valuable asset.
• Civil or university engineering degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong interest in project management and willingness to develop in exciting projects.
• Experience from consulting companies or as a developer.
• Experience from the region and an established network in the industry is meritorious, especially with local roots in Örnsköldsvik and the surrounding area.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
• Committed team player with a high level of ambition and business acumen.
