Job description
AFRY is one of the leading players in civil engineering in the Nordic region and thanks to our unique breadth, we are proud to deliver the infrastructure solutions of the future together with our colleagues from other technology areas.
We lead projects throughout the entire process, from project development to the planning phase, through the construction phase and on to the operational phase. We have assignments together with private clients such as contractors, developers and industrial companies, but also the Swedish Transport Administration and municipalities. Thus, there is a broad project portfolio where, thanks to the knowledge and experience of our employees, we can offer support in various projects, large infrastructure projects as well as smaller development projects in municipalities.
Now we are looking for more construction / project managers in construction to our offices in Borlänge, Falun, Gävle, Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, Skellefteå and Luleå!
In the role of construction / project manager, you are responsible for coordinating and following up projects during the various stages of the construction process. There are often several different parts that span many different areas of expertise to be coordinated. You steer the joint work towards the overall goals of the project. In our assignments, we work in teams to develop each other's skills, where junior consultants work together with more experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with at least five years of experience in construction / project management in road and civil engineering, or work as a supervisor or site manager in civil engineering. You are passionate about project management and want to continue to develop in our various exciting projects. Perhaps you have previously worked at another consulting company or with one of the contractors in the industry.
In terms of education, you are probably a university or civil engineer or have equivalent professional experience.
The Swedish language must be fluent in speech and writing
Your personality is important to us! We believe that your level of ambition and your interest in development characterize you as a person. We also believe that you can be described as a committed team player. Of course, you are results-oriented and have an eye for business. Furthermore, we see that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
