Job description

We are looking for you who have experience from construction projects in land and construction.

As a Production Planner/Contract Specialist, you will work in large, multidisciplinary assignments where you, with your experience from the execution phase of construction projects, support designers to ensure that what is being designed is buildable.

The role includes being a production planner in the early stages of construction and civil engineering projects and, among other things, producing draft APD plans, production schedules and descriptions of how the work stages in the construction phase will be carried out. It is also included to support our AMA coordinators, Construction Work Environment Coordinators and designers with buildability issues in their assignments.

In the role, you support both the internal project organization and the customer and act as a link between the design and execution contractor.

The position is a permanent full-time position, location Solna.

Qualifications

As a person, you are careful and structured. You are curious and driven and find it easy to cooperate. You enjoy having many contacts both internally and externally in your work.

We are looking for you who:

• have several years of experience in work management, construction management, production planning or site manager in land and construction, or water and electricity
• have good knowledge of AMA and other framework and regulations that affect the industry.
• have good knowledge of AB04, ABT06
• have previously worked with descriptions and bills of quantities for AB04, ABT06

It is meritorious if you:

• Have experience of producing TA plans
• Have experience of technical coordination in design
• You have experience of Construction Work Environment Coordination and/or AMA coordination
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing

Further information

With us, you work in the Construction Contract Management (CCM) group. We work on the coordination of technical descriptions, bills of quantities and production planning. We work mostly in our multidisciplinary assignments at AFRY, but also act as support directly for the client. You will be part of our business development. We work together to develop systems, methods and processes to increase the quality of our work. In the group, we have a great variety of roles in projects where you yourself will set the framework for your development and your actual work tasks.
