Job description
Construction work environment issues are high on the agenda with the regulatory renewal that came into force on January 1, 2025. We therefore need to grow and become more work environment coordinators who are passionate about work environment issues.
In the role of construction work environment coordinator, you will work together with several different technical areas to jointly deliver tomorrow's safe infrastructure solutions.As a construction work environment coordinator with us, you work to:
The Construction Work Environment group currently consists of 4 people who all work as supervising Bas-P on a daily basis, mainly in road and rail projects, in mixed phases. The group is also a leader in the development of working methods for the work environment in the Civil Engineering Business Area.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have 5 years of experience as Base-P, Base-U or a combination of both.
You are a civil or university engineer in civil engineering or have extensive experience as Base-P/Bas-U and have relevant experience from the consulting, client or contracting side, preferably in soil and foundation or road / railway projects.
You have practical experience of working in the execution phase of construction and civil engineering projects.
To succeed in this role, we see that you are social, committed and courageous. You work to develop both the project and your colleagues and are not afraid to challenge ingrained patterns of thinking. You are good at creating good relationships and being responsive to the client but also dare to question to secure the future work environment.
Furthermore, you are a very good communicator and have a genuine interest in the work environment and creating value for both AFRY and your client.
For this role, we also see that you have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
