Do you want to be part of building the sustainable industrial projects of the future? We are looking for an experienced and driven Construction Manager who wants to take a key role in some of Sweden's most exciting EPCM projects in the process industry.
We are a leading player in EPCM - Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management - and work with groundbreaking projects in the sectors; biorefinery, chemical, pulp & paper, mining and metal. Our mission is to create safe, efficient and sustainable facilities that make a difference - both for our customers and for society.
As Construction Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the construction phase of our EPCM projects. You will lead the work on site, coordinate contractors and ensure that the project is delivered according to plan, with the highest quality and safety. You will be the link between engineering, procurement and production - and play a crucial role in the success of the project.
Location: Flexible - projects all over Sweden
Scope: Full-time
Reporting to: Head of Construction.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the construction work on site - from planning to completion
- Ensure that schedule, budget and quality requirements are met
- Drive strong safety performance according to HSE standards
- Be an active problem solver in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams
- Contribute with constructability reviews and insights already in the design phase
- Build good relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams
- Manage logistics, material flows and staffing efficiently
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have
- Technical education in construction, civil or mechanical engineering
- At least 10 years of construction management experience with multidisciplinary projects in the process industry
- Solid experience in EPCM projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire teams
- Good knowledge of construction planning and AWP Advanced Work Package methodology.
- A genuine commitment to safety, quality and sustainability
- Flexibility to travel and work on different project sites
- B license - a requirement to be able to get to and between project sites
