Job description
We are looking for more project/design and construction managers in Buildings/Property for our offices in Enköping, Västerås, Eskilstuna and Örebro. With us, you get the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where we value collaboration and skills development.
As a construction/project manager, you are responsible for coordinating and following up projects during the various stages of the construction process. We are also looking for expertise in construction inspections, KA and installation management.
You will coordinate several different parts that span many areas of expertise and guide the joint work towards the overall goals of the project. In our assignments, we work in teams where junior consultants collaborate with more experienced colleagues to develop together.
We are looking for you who can strengthen our business locally, with close contact and in collaboration with colleagues regionally within Mälardalen. With you, you have AFRY employees throughout Sweden who show as much commitment and passion as you in their work.
We will fill several positions that will be part of a section that today consists of 20 employees with very broad and long experience in the construction industry from several different roles and backgrounds. The section operates mainly in the area of Uppsala and Mälardalen, but is also involved in projects in the Stockholm area and throughout Norrland.
Common to all roles with us is the breadth of responsibility and variety. Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in construction/project management in hospitals, bathhouses, residential, commercial properties or similar.
- High school/civil engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A great interest in project management and a desire to develop in exciting projects.
- Experience from a consulting company in the industry or as a developer.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Committed team player with a high level of ambition and interest in development.
- Results-oriented with an eye for business.
We are looking for you who have at least 5 years of experience in construction and project management. Furthermore, you should have strong roots in the section's catchment area and the surrounding area when it comes to business and contacts in the industry. In terms of education, we believe that you have a civil or university degree in construction and project management or many years of experience from working life in the construction industry. You have several years of experience as a consultant.
As a person, you are driven and find it easy to work in teams with colleagues and create good relationships internally as well as externally. We are looking for you who are a natural leader, team player and can create both business and community around you. You are appreciated by both colleagues and customers in the industry.
