About the Role

As a Project Manager in Industrial Civil in Luleå, you’ll play a key role in our projects. You will lead and coordinate design projects, serve as a natural point of contact between various stakeholders, and help drive projects forward with high quality, structure, and effective communication.

The role is broad and varied. A typical week can include everything from coordinating with clients and project teams to working with steel and concrete structures, structural calculations, and technical decision-making. You’ll have the opportunity to influence both the direction and outcomes of projects while working closely with experienced colleagues across multiple technical fields.

Our projects span the mining and metals industry, energy, chemicals, paper and pulp, and other process and manufacturing industries. In this role, you will, among other things:

  • Lead structural engineering projects and ensure that projects are carried out according to established goals.
  • Coordinate efforts among clients, colleagues, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Contribute technical expertise in structural engineering and structural calculations.  
  • Establish structure, planning, and progress through the various phases of projects.
  • Play a key role in developing long-term, sustainable, and feasible solutions.

Qualifications

Who are you?

We believe you have several years of experience in project management and a solid background in structural engineering. You thrive in environments where you can combine technical expertise with coordination and leadership, and you enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals.

We’d like you to have:

  • Several years of experience in project management.
  • Solid experience in structural engineering.
  • A college degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with structural design tools.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Experience leading or coordinating industrial projects, as well as knowledge of Tekla, Revit, or FE analysis.
