As a consultant in Defense Technology at AFRY, you will be part of projects that make a difference - for both society and security. We are looking for you who want to work in one or more areas of expertise:

• Defense Engineering (ground arena, naval systems, aviation and command and control systems)
• Systems Engineering (systems work and a holistic perspective in working with technical systems throughout all or part of its life cycle)
• ILS - Integrated Logistics Support
• Defense Logistics and Technical Service
• System Security and Functional Safety
• IT Security and Information Security

You can either work as a technical specialist, generalist or project manager in any of the described areas of expertise.

You are motivated by and want to contribute to creating a more robust and secure society. 

Qualifications

We are looking for you with commitment and the drive to succeed! Experience as a consultant is an advantage, but your attitude is crucial. To succeed as a consultant with us, you need to have good initiative, collaboration skills and be good at communicating and taking responsibility for the challenges you face.

We want you to have at least a university engineering education and at least several years of professional experience from a technology-related role from defense or defense-related areas. You also have longer work experience of working with the systems lifecycle process, including experience of requirements management, requirements verification and ILS. As the majority of our customers are Swedish defense industry and authorities, you should be able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English.

Depending on the assignment, the work is carried out either from the office or at the customer. Business trips may occur.

Locations: Stockholm/Solna, Enköping, Uppsala, Malmö, Skövde and Arboga.

Security clearance & Education verification

Our assignments are varied and many are in security classified areas, which means that you may need to undergo a security clearance before starting with us.For all recruitments at AFRY, an ID check, reference checks and verification of education are always carried out before employment.
