In the consultant role you will:

• Work in assignments with different clients, where you get to use and develop your skills
• Contribute with your expertise and be an important part of clients' development and improvement work
• Drive and implement projects, often in cross-functional teams where you work closely with both the client's and AFRY's colleagues
• Tailor your development journey through the choice of assignments. We match assignments to your interests, experience, personality and ambition - whether you want to broaden or deepen your knowledge
• Build networks in several industries and gain experience that is difficult to get in a traditional job
• Contribute to sustainable and future-oriented development, as many of AFRY's client projects are linked to digitalization, quality assurance and the green transition

You will be supported by a local and national network of colleagues - but you will also have a lot of freedom to shape your own workday. Many people appreciate the balance between security, variety and personal development.

Qualifications

We believe that you:

• Be prepared to commute and also travel for work
• Live in - or want to move to - Örnsköldsvik or the Umeå region
• Think you can thrive in the consulting role and appreciate variety and new challenges
• Have experience in one of our in-demand areas of expertise
• Have a relevant university engineering degree or equivalent work experience
• Be solution-oriented, communicative and curious to develop
• Like the idea of contributing to a more sustainable society
• Many of our security-classified customers require Swedish citizenship so we see it as a merit

Working as a consultant is rewarding and special! Communication, flexibility and a positive attitude are important qualities for us. Much emphasis is therefore placed on your personality, adaptability and social skills.
