Become our new engineer in Building Automation!

Are you a technically minded problem solver with a strong desire to develop? Do you want to help shape the intelligent buildings of the future? Then you could be the one we are looking for!

We are looking for a engineer in building automation who is passionate about technology and curious about new solutions. With us, you get the opportunity to dive deep into exciting projects and constantly develop your skills.

We would like you to:

• Have a great interest in technology and building automation.
• Be curious, enterprising and like to learn new things.
• Have a desire to develop and take on new challenges.
• Have experience in electricity, ventilation or similar areas.

Maybe you are currently working as a electrician or ventilation technician and feel that it is time for the next step in your career? Or maybe you have a different background that makes you suitable for this role - what matters is your drive and interest!

Duties Performing operating cards, performing electrical drawings for control, project planning, investigations, calculations.

What do we offer?
You will get a mentor during your first time and you will work together in the projects. We will train you so you get a system understanding of the technology in real estate. We will teach you everything from electrical drawings, performing pictures, function texts to operating cards to being involved in design meetings. Our goal is that within a couple of years you will have your own projects where you handle projects independently.

In the future, you will be a key person in designing and implementing smart automation solutions that contribute to energy-efficient and functional properties. Qualifications

We work mainly in AutoCAD with MagiCAD, but also Revit and therefore see that you preferably have experience of working in both programs. If you only have experience of one program or none of them, we see that you have a drive to want to learn together with a mentor at AFRY.

Furthermore, we see that you can express yourself in Swedish and English orally as well as in writing to meet our customers' needs locally.

As a design engineer, it is important to be able to communicate and find solutions together with our customers and fellow consultants. An ability to understand other disciplines, the customer and be able to communicate our requirements to find a solution together is highly valued and is as important as the technical competence.
