Job Description

In this exciting role you will:

• Design, develop and maintain a central data warehouse to support data needs.
• Integrate data from various sources, including APIs and fragmented data structures.
• Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports in close collaboration with the business.
• Contribute expertise on architecture issues and align solutions with business needs.
• Work proactively and independently to drive projects forward with high quality.
• Collaborate with the agency team to ensure data warehouse integration and functionality.
• Comply with guidelines, including environmental, travel and data protection policies.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of four (4) years of documented and hands-on experience in database-based data warehouse development.
• A minimum of four (4) years of documented and hands-on experience in BI modeling (business requirements to information/database models).
• A minimum of four (4) years of documented and practical experience in TSQL and MSSQL.
• A minimum of two (2) years of documented and practical experience in development with Python.
• A minimum of two (2) years of documented and practical experience in development with Power BI.
• Ability to be outreach and initiative-taking in the nature of the assignment.
• Significant practical and documented experience in developing ETL patterns against both small and large data sources.
• Experience in different solution architectures within data warehouse.
• Optimized integration development in Python.
• Independent leadership in BI projects.
• Experience in SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Personal qualities: Be proactive and initiative-taking in the nature of the assignment.
• Language skills: Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Reference assignment: Provide a reference assignment, completed or ongoing within the last 3 years, demonstrating relevant experience in data warehouse development for an external customer, performed without significant deficiencies.
