Job Description
As a Defense Consultant at AFRY, you’ll be part of projects that make a difference—for both society and security. Here, you’ll experience a dynamic work environment where your expertise is valued and your professional development is a priority.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with commitment and the drive to succeed! Experience as a consultant is a plus, but your attitude is what matters most. To succeed as a consultant with us, you need to demonstrate strong initiative, the ability to collaborate, and be skilled at communicating and taking responsibility for the challenges you face.
We require that you have at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, as well as at least several years of professional experience in a technology-related role within the defense sector or defense-related fields. You also have extensive professional experience working with the systems lifecycle process, including experience with requirements management, requirements verification, and ILS. Since the majority of our clients are in the Swedish defense industry and government agencies, you should be able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English.
Depending on the assignment, work is performed either from the office or on-site at the client’s location. Business travel may be required.
Locations: Stockholm/Solna, Enköping, Uppsala, Skövde, Karlskoga, Malmö, and Örnsköldsvik
Security Clearance & Education Verification
Our assignments are varied, and many are in security-classified areas, which means you may need to undergo a security clearance process before you start working with us. Swedish citizenship is required. For all recruitments at AFRY, an ID check, reference checks, and verification of education are always conducted as a standard procedure prior to employment.
