Job description
Our heavy vehicle business is growing and we are therefore looking for you to lead technical development projects in interior and/or exterior. With inspiring leadership and clarity, you will be a key person in the team. You are structured and have the ability to maintain a professional and clear dialog with both junior and senior engineers. You create the conditions for the team to reach their full potential together and deliver at the top of their game. You have solid experience from heavy vehicles and are used to working with relevant development tools and processes. Your business acumen makes you a confident and committed ambassador for Afry, where you passionately and responsibly drive projects and customer relationships forward in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
BSc, MSc or similar degree
Experience in the automotive industry, heavy vehicles
Experience in product development and mission management
Design experience in Catia V5
Understanding of industry specific development and documentation systems (e.g.e.g. CAD/PDM, release processes)
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
B-driving license
