Job description

Are you passionate about shaping the future of transportation? Join our innovative team in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are looking for a curious and forward-thinking development engineer who will be part of a team creating the next generation of sustainable and efficient trucks.

• Lead the design and development of advanced truck concepts, with a focus on electric and autonomous technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative features and improve overall vehicle performance
• Use CREO to create 3D models and technical drawings
• Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure the design meets safety and efficiency requirements.
• Manage projects from concept to production, taking into account timelines and budget constraints
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies that can be incorporated into future truck designs
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions for truck transportation
• Supervise construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, automotive engineering or related field
• Strong interest in automotive engineering
• Knowledge of CAD software and automotive engineering principles
• Knowledge of electrical  automotive engineering
• Excellent project management and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of truck manufacturing processes and automotive industry trends
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Innovative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of truck engineering
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to design and engineering challenges
