Job description

We are now looking for a Regional Manager for Road & Rail with responsibility for about 220 employees who are mainly located in the Stockholm area. As Regional Manager, you will lead committed teams, drive the business forward and contribute to creating sustainable communities - for real.

You have the overall responsibility for developing both operations and people. You lead through other managers and are part of the management team of Road & Rail Sweden.

Your mission is basically about three things:

You will be based in our Solna office. 

Qualifications

You are a confident and clear leader with extensive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure as a consultant, client or contractor. You have experience of leading through other managers and thrive in a role where you combine business, development and leadership. Managing a consulting business requires the ability to combine business acumen with thoughtfulness. You understand how to create profitability in projects, while building a culture where people want to contribute and develop.

You are:

• Businesslike and customer-oriented - you build relationships that last over time.
• Committed and inclusive - you believe in people and the power of collaboration.
• You are communicative and express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
