AFRY Food is one of AFRY's strategic priority segments and part of a global organization with projects all over the world. We help our clients in the food industry to develop sustainable, efficient and future-proof facilities.

Sometimes we build completely new production facilities. Sometimes we optimize and develop existing processes. Often we do both.

With us, you get to work in teams with technical project managers and process engineers, where we combine deep technical expertise with business acumen and a strong customer focus.

About the roles

Depending on your background and experience, you can work as a Process Engineer, Technical Project Manager - or in a combined role.

As a Technical Project Manager you work with, for example:

• National and international projects in the food and process industry
• Customer relations, contracts and business dialog
• Planning, resource management, follow-up and documentation
• Total commitments under your own or the customer's direction
• Leading and motivating teams
• Being a technical expert and knowledge carrier in the projects

As a Process Engineer you work with, for example:

• Concept studies and feasibility studies
• Process design and dimensioning of parts or entire plants
• Process optimization and efficiency improvement
• CAD work (preferably 3D)
• Purchasing of materials and technical specifications
• Planning, documentation and preferably commissioning

Qualifications

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in the food or process industry and want to continue to develop in a technical and business-related role.

We would like you to have:

• Technical university education or equivalent experience
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the process industry or food
• Experience in project management and/or process design
• Ability to read technical documentation and CAD
• Good knowledge of Swedish (or other Scandinavian language) and English
• B-driving license

But most importantly, who you are.

We put a lot of emphasis on personality and consultancy skills.

• A team player who also takes personal responsibility
• A person who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves when needed
