Job description
Are you at the beginning of your career and want to develop your technical skills in an industrial business? Then this is the team you are looking for!
As a mechanical designer with us, you will, through the AFRY Future Graduate Program, create value for one of our customers in the defense industry.
You will independently or in a group design and develop technical documentation for mechanical subsystems. It also means carrying out changes and modifications to components, as well as developing materials and participating in testing. This means that you will work closely with several different departments such as production, purchasing and subcontractors.
Qualifications
You are a graduate of a university or civil engineer with a specialization in mechanical engineering, construction or similar.
As a person, you are committed and customer-oriented with a great drive to develop as an engineer. You have experience of CAD environments, meritorious if you have knowledge of Solid Edge.
It is also important that you have the ability to create an open and trust-inspiring dialog and have easy to collaborate. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English and you move easily in digital environments.
Swedish citizenship is a requirement and you must be comfortable doing a security check.
Requirements for employment are that you have your degree ready, accept an initial fixed-term employment (see AFRY Future Graduate Program below) and are ready to start your career!
