Job description

AFRY Industry is now looking for more competent employees in Örnsköldsvik - Become part of the team!

To strengthen our continued investment in the north, we need to expand our business with more electrical designers. You will mainly work with projects and assignments in the defense and engineering industry. Your everyday life and future with us is shaped by your skills, the customer's needs, and your personal ambition, development plan and will.

As a product development electrical designer with us, you will work with different parts of the development process over a wide technical area where your task will be to design electrical systems in an innovative and professional way.

Your tasks will include:

• Selection of components and preparation of development specifications.
• Development of schematic design and manufacturing documentation for cabling.
• Analysis of the market's existing components and subsystems.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that:

• You have an academic degree in electrical automation, electronics systems or alternatively have equivalent work experience.
• You have experience in electrical design and / or product development. You feel confident in the choice of electrical components and you can produce electrical diagrams
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing and hold a driving license (B)
• You have experience of software such as,  E3-series, Eplan, Elprocad.

As a person you are:

• A curious problem solver who  likes new challenges.
• Structured and orderly with a good ability to cooperate.

Meriterative if you have:

• Work experience in the automotive industry or are motor & vehicle interested.

This position involves placement in security class. Security clearance with register check and drug test will be conducted before assignment. Swedish citizenship is also a requirement for this position.
