At Advanced Automation West in Varberg and Gothenburg, we work with the market's largest customers in automation, forestry, infrastructure, paper/pulp and energy. Job description

As an Electrical Designer with us, you will be responsible for projects in industrial operations. You will work with the design of cabinets, upgrades and new builds, as well as commissioning, system descriptions and project management in electricity. You will work with customers in the forest, process, energy and automation sectors. Here's how one of the team members describes their job:

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are committed, curious and interested in technology. You have:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant technical field
• Many years of experience in electrical design in industrial automation
• Good knowledge of CAD tools such as Eplan and/or ElproCad
• B driving license as part of your work is carried out at our customers' premises
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing as you will use both languages daily in the service

It is meritorious if you have experience of electrical cabinet construction, machine safety and calculation work, as well as knowledge of dimensioning and selective plans and experience of several CAD tools.

The position may require you to be able to work on our safety rated projects. This means that a security clearance is conducted according to Swedish legislation on security protection. To meet the requirements, you need to hold a citizenship that complies with the provisions of the Security Protection Ordinance, and there must be no obstacles according to the criteria for security class
