Job description

Are you a driven and motivated electrical engineer? Do you have a few years of experience and are ready to develop even more? Then we have the role for you!

At AFRY Advanced Automation, you get the chance to develop in a varied and meaningful role with a focus on industry. We offer projects that make a difference, with a focus on electrical and automation, mechanical design, digitalization and SCADA applications. Our broad expertise creates collaborations across the Nordic region and opportunities for you to grow.

As an electrical designer with us, you will be part of our dedicated team in Advanced Automation. You will work on both small and large projects, from construction and upgrades to new construction and implementation of new systems in industry. Here you get to follow the projects from idea to finished solution.

Depending on your interest and experience, you will work with, among other things: 

• Electrical design
• Dimensioning
• Machine and process safety investigations
• Commissioning and project management
• Pre-studies and inspections

Qualifications

As we all know, expertise comes in different shapes and packages, but what unites us at Advanced Automation is that we all see ourselves as Brave, Devoted, Teamplayers. This means that we like to collaborate with each other, rather than compete, and that we are driven and curious to constantly learn new things.

We believe that you will thrive and succeed with us if you have a technical education at university or vocational college level, as well as a few years of experience as an electrical designer in industry, preferably in low voltage, MCC or automation cabinets. You are used to working with tools such as E-plan/ElproCad and dimensioning tools. It is meritorious if you have worked with Febdok. We also see that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing, and have a driving license (B) as travel occurs as a natural part of our assignments.
