Are you a software developer with a strong interest in embedded systems and about two years of experience? For us in product development, we have a large number of clients throughout the Greater Stockholm area; our projects span sectors such as consumer products, energy, electrification, telecommunications, medical technology, and defense. The industry is characterized by innovation and creative thinking in both hardware and software. There is everything from young, smaller companies with great flexibility and freedom to large, well-established companies with structured roles and processes. There’s something for everyone here! The most common programming languages are C and C++, but there are many more in this field. Knowledge in areas such as Cloud, Cyber Security, Java, Python, C#, Linux, and DevOps is a plus.
As a consultant, your responsibilities will vary as you’ll participate in both small and large projects, both in-house and on-site with our clients. Depending on the assignment, your responsibilities might include developing software for hardware-related applications. You will work with testing frameworks and, at times, define them. Other responsibilities may include streamlining and modernizing existing products for optimal performance.
Qualifications

You will work in an agile environment, developing new or existing systems/features in our clients’ systems, including both in-house and shared embedded systems.
We require a college degree in a relevant field. Since development, modeling, and testing are primarily done in C/C++ and on Linux platforms, at least a couple of years of experience in development and/or testing is desirable. Good Swedish and English are required, as both languages are used daily in contact with clients and colleagues.
