Are you a passionate developer with experience in embedded systems and an interest in defense technology? Do you want to work on exciting and innovative projects and be part of a large and competent team in one of Sweden's largest consulting companies? Then AFRY could be your next workplace!

We are now looking for several experienced Embedded Software Developers with a focus on the defense sector. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement high-quality software solutions for various applications and platforms in defense, automotive, medical technology and consumer products.

What does the role involve?

• Develop and implement software solutions for embedded systems, mainly in C/C++ and Python
• Work in agile and cross-functional teams where you collaborate closely with both software and hardware engineers
• Participate in the entire development process, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing and verification
• Work with defense-related projects at customer sites and in internal innovation projects
• Be part of AFRY's large and competent Embedded team with good opportunities to develop and learn from colleagues
• Flexibility to work remotely when project and customer situation allows

Qualifications

We are looking for you who.

• Have experience in embedded development, preferably in the defense sector
• Have good knowledge of C / C ++ and Python
• Have experience of Embedded Linux
• Have experience of model-based development, preferably with Simulink
• Have an understanding of hardware-oriented programming and DevOps principles
• Enjoy working in agile, cross-functional teams

  As this role involves working within the defense industry, Swedish citizenship is a requirement and you must be comfortable with passing a drug test and security clearance
