Job description

Road & Rail Nord consists of about 300 employees who are passionate about creating the sustainable infrastructure of the future. Together we have built a successful business that is characterized by cohesion, job satisfaction and forward thinking. As part of AFRY, you will have the opportunity to participate in some of the most exciting construction projects in the country.

We are now looking for a consultant in environmental impact.

  • Risk analyses for ground vibrations prior to vibration-generating works
  • Vibration measurements and follow-up in the field
  • Inspections/visits in connection with vibration-generating activities
  • Damage investigations and technical assessments

Our assignments range from small construction projects to large infrastructure projects. You will have the opportunity to be involved in developing AFRY's offering within environmental impact in the region. In your work, you will have a lot of contact with colleagues, clients and property owners, which requires you to be able to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

You should have a university or college education with a focus on construction or other relevant education.

Experience of work with environmental impact, such as risk analyses, vibration measurements and inspections, is an advantage. Experience of other metrological assignments, such as precision weighing, and of writing technical reports is also an advantage.

You see yourself as a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You have very good communication skills and have excellent command of the Swedish language in speech and writing. A B-driving license is a requirement. At AFRY, we live by our values: "Brave - Devoted - Team players", which also says a lot about the person we are looking for.
