Do you have a burning interest in working as a consultant in a developing environment with a focus on sustainability in tomorrow's buildings. Then we have the job for you!

We continue to receive great trust from our customers and now we are strengthening our operations in order to lead the development forward together with our customers. We are looking for people who have a strong interest in sustainability issues in the construction sector.

You will be part of the Energi Nord section, which works with energy efficiency, solar energy and sustainability issues. Within the group, we work as a team, we support and develop each other's skills and perhaps most importantly – we have fun at work together!

At AFRY, you will be given responsibility in step with your individual development with the support of experienced colleagues. We are a business where the exchange of experience and collaboration are the focus.

As an Environmental/Energy Consultant with us, you will work with many different areas within sustainability. We work a lot with environmental certification systems for both new and existing buildings in, for example: Miljöbyggnad, The Swan, BREEAM and NollCO2. We also work with questions regarding material selection, climate calculations and LCA analyses, indoor climate, energy. In addition to that, you can demand environmental programs, develop sustainability strategies, develop recycling work or coordinate EU taxonomy construction projects. An important and developing role for AFRY's commitment to a sustainable future. Since there will be a variety of tasks, there is an opportunity to find your strengths and interests to shape our group in the best possible way. We see a wide variety and area of ​​knowledge as a key to success and for us to thrive.

Requirements specification

You have a great interest in working with different environmental certification systems, material selection and sustainability strategies. Where we see it as meritorious if you have experience in coordinating/leading such work, but it is not a requirement for the position. We are looking for you who are currently a recent graduate or with a few years' experience in working life where it is advantageous if you have worked with energy and sustainability issues. In terms of education, you have a college or civil engineering degree.

As a person, you are driven, committed, structured and self-motivated with an obvious focus on teamwork. Furthermore, you are good at building, maintaining and managing your existing relationships and you find it easy to communicate with your customers and colleagues.

Although we are an international company, we value that you master the Swedish language orally as well as in writing in order to respond to our customers' needs. In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
