Job description
AFRY is driving the development towards a more sustainable society, and in the field of sustainable buildings, we are now looking for you who want to help shape the properties of the future. We work broadly with energy, environment and sustainability issues - from energy audits and energy coordination to environmental certifications, climate calculations, recycling and strategic sustainability work. We support our customers throughout the process, from early analysis and business development to project management, design and management.
We now want to expand our team within Energy & Sustainable Building with an experienced energy coordinator in Malmö.
Our team currently consists of 7 employees who work with Energy & Sustainable Building. We work with energy calculations, daylight simulations and indoor climate simulations. We also carry out environmental certifications within a number of different certification systems, primarily within Miljöbyggnad, Miljöbyggnad iDrift, Breeam In-Use and Breeam-SE. We coordinate and perform climate calculations through all stages of the building.

Your future role
As part of our team, you will work together with committed and competent colleagues who are passionate about creating real change. We collaborate with many different types of clients and help them strengthen their sustainability efforts.
You will have a role where you both contribute with your expertise and develop by working closely with other specialists within AFRY, both locally and nationally. Together we run projects that make a difference for both our clients and society at large.
Our clients are mainly real estate owners, real estate developers, industries, developers, municipalities and regions.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience in energy coordination, energy calculations and daylight and indoor climate calculations in IDA ICE. It is advantageous if you have also worked with environmental and sustainability coordination in the construction and real estate industry and hold certifications in, for example, Miljöbyggnad, Miljöbyggnad iDrift, BREEAM In-Use, BREEAM-SE or other relevant certification systems. Experience as an energy expert and work with energy audits is also valuable.
Background from assignments in the defense sector or complex hospital projects, where your knowledge can contribute to creating sustainable, reliable and future-proof solutions, is also an advantage.
You have experience of independently running projects for customers and are comfortable selling our services to an ever-growing number of customers. You are driven to develop new services and solutions in the field of sustainability. You enjoy working in a team with other employees.
We would like you to have an academic education, e.g. as a university or civil engineer.
We believe that you value having fun at work, balance in life and working with the rest of us to further develop the business. You care about your customers, you are good at getting profitability in the projects and you think it's fun to collaborate and share your knowledge with others.
