Job description
We are close to 300 employees in the region that stretches from Gävle all the way up to Kiruna. We deliver tomorrow's infrastructure solutions to our customers. For the Luleå section with colleagues in Piteå, we are now looking for a new Climate and Sustainability Consultant. Work on collaborating and coordinating measures to reduce the climate impact of various projects, as well as work on circular economy and holistic solutions from a life cycle perspective will characterize your everyday work. Afry also conducts development work nationally where you are expected to take the role of regional representative in addition to your assignment work and disseminate the results in the region's assignments.
Examples of tasks may include:
- Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC)
- Studies
- Development work
- Mentoring junior staff
- Developing infrastructure solutions with a focus on sustainability
- Climate calculations and climate calculations
- Proposals for measures to reduce CO2 emissions
- Environmental Product Declarations (EPD)
You will be based in our office in Luleå or Piteå.
Qualifications
You are a trained engineer with a focus on climate, sustainability, environment or similar and have a few years of experience in climate calculation or related technology. We would like you to have experience in life cycle analysis, circular economy and sustainable infrastructure solutions. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have experience of GIS. A B-driving license is a requirement, as well as Swedish and English in speech and writing.
