Job description
Planning and Design Region North consists of approximately 300 employees who are passionate about creating the sustainable infrastructure of the future. Together, we have built a successful business that is characterized by cohesion, job satisfaction and forward thinking. As part of AFRY, you will have the opportunity to participate in some of the most exciting construction projects in the country.
We are now looking for an experienced consultant with expertise in environmental impact. Your duties would include developing ground vibration risk assessments for ground works and carrying out vibration measurements, damage assessments and inspections. Our projects range from small construction projects to large infrastructure projects and projects linked to the green transition.
We are looking for you who want to be involved in developing our business in environmental impact at one of our offices in Luleå, Umeå, Sundsvall, Östersund or Gävle. In the work you will have a lot of contact with colleagues as well as customers and property owners, it requires you to be able to work both independently and together with others.
Qualifications
You should have a university or college degree with a focus on construction or other relevant education.
You should have previous experience in environmental impact, including inspection, vibration measurement and risk analysis for ground vibrations. Experience in blasting technology is an advantage.
You see yourself as a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You have very good communication skills and have excellent command of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
