Job description

We are close to 300 employees in the region that stretches from Gävle all the way up to Kiruna. We deliver tomorrow's infrastructure solutions in road, street and ground engineering as well as other socially useful specialist skills to our customers. For the Umeå section with colleagues in Skellefteå, Örnsköldsvik, Lycksele and Dorotea, we are now looking for a new assignment leader in Infrastructure.

As an Assignment Leader, you will work as a leader of technical managers and designers in assignments focusing on roads, railways and land. These types of assignments are often multidisciplinary, with several participating technical areas; for example in road, water, geo and environment. You are responsible for planning, finance, progress and control within the assignment. Your customers are both the Swedish Transport Administration and industries as well as municipalities or private actors in both large and small projects.

You will be part of a technically strong group with high competence and an exciting mix of experience and background.

You will be based in one of our offices in Umeå or Örnsköldsvik.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Preferably have at least five years of experience as an assignment manager or project manager in road and civil engineering.
• Have led projects of various sizes - preferably with multidisciplinary content.
• Are confident in customer dialogue and thrive with a business responsibility.
• Have a university or civil engineering degree in a relevant field of technology.
• Understand Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
