Job Description
AFRY Global Division Industry supports the process industry in a wide range of areas—from Mining & Metals, Pulp & Paper, and Chemicals & Biorefining to growing sectors such as Batteries and Power-to-X.
In Sweden, AFRY has a presence in over 90 locations. Within the Industry business area, we have approximately 8,000 employees, of whom about 1,000 are based in Sweden across more than 40 of these locations. This makes us a strong local partner with access to both national and global expertise.
Our offering covers the entire customer value chain and project lifecycle—from early studies and concept phases, through large CAPEX projects, to operational resource and specialist support.
Through a unique combination of process engineering, project management, multidisciplinary engineering, and expertise in digitalization, maintenance, and sustainability (environment, health, and safety), we create added value and long-term solutions for our customers. With roots in the Nordic region and projects all over the world, we combine local presence with global expertise.
The growing division is Plant Design in Piteå. Our division consists of approximately 15 employees who support industrial clients with design, engineering, calculations, and project management in the fields of mechanical engineering, piping & plant engineering, and HVAC.
About the Role
AFRY Process Industries is growing—and we are now looking for experienced piping and plant design engineers within Plant Design to join our team in Piteå.
We work closely with the process industry in areas such as:
With us, you’ll work on projects spanning the entire plant lifecycle—from early-stage studies through implementation, installation, and commissioning.
