As a technology manager, you will have a central role in the projects. You will be responsible for budget, schedule, quality and technical design within your discipline - from planning to implementation. The role also involves leading and supporting other consultants and ensuring that our deliverables meet client requirements and technical standards. Assignments range from smaller local projects to larger, long-term and complex assignments spanning several years

In your role, you will work closely with the client, other technical areas and various stakeholders to create integrated and sustainable solutions that meet the needs of the projects.

You will be based in one of our offices in Örebro, Västerås or Uppsala.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a university or civil engineer in civil engineering, or who have equivalent relevant work experience. You have at least five years of experience in project planning and technical management in road, street or land, You have good financial and business skills and experience in managing budgets and resources with good financial insight. We also expect you to have a good knowledge of the laws, standards and technical guidelines that govern the industry, and that you can ensure that our projects comply with current regulations and maintain high technical quality.

To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, as you will collaborate with both national and international actors.

As we work with international partners on an ongoing basis, it is an advantage if you have experience of managing employees in other countries.
