Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for assignments in several industries and with a strong focus on the public sector, banking/insurance, energy and defense industries. The consultant role is very much about being an advisory party to our clients and building trust.
In the role, you will work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, manage stakeholders and drive process improvements. You will be responsible for identifying risks, analyzing data for better decision making and ensuring smooth implementation of IT solutions. In addition, you support change management and ensure that new systems and processes are effectively integrated into the business. Through your ability to communicate and build trust, you collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from operational to strategic.

It is meritorious if you have: 

• Experience in agile development.
• Certifications such as CBAP/ECBA are meritorious.
• Consulting experience
• Consulting work in pre-study phase
• Knowledge of LOU. Experience in banking/insurance and/or defense
