Job description

We are looking for an experienced project manager for assignments in several industries and with a strong focus on the public sector and the defense industry. The consultant role largely involves being an advisory party to our customers and building trust.  

In this assignment, you help our customers with digitization by driving and leading development and implementation projects. This in different types of digitization initiatives, both as a management leader and project manager. You establish trust and communicate across organizations at operational to strategic level. 

Qualifications

• Experience as a lead project manager with budget responsibility in IT, systems development or digitalization.
• Background in the public sector or defense industry.
• Academic degree in systems development, management or similar.
• Certification in project management and knowledge of management control (PM3, ITIL or equivalent).
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Additional:

• Experience in agile development, consulting work and requirements work in the feasibility study phase.
• Knowledge of LOU and experience in the Armed Forces.
