We are experts in industrial automation and are now looking for more dedicated automation engineers to join our team in Gothenburg. Locally, we work with the market's largest customers in exciting projects that are partly run in-house in our own project business, and partly out at our customers. Job description

We are now looking for a Project Manager in the automotive industry who wants to be involved in running some of our most exciting projects - either at AFRY's office in Lindholmen or directly with our customers.

In the role, you are responsible for technology, time and cost for a subsystem within the project. You drive your area of responsibility forward, coordinate different stakeholders and ensure that the right status is delivered on time.

You will work in assignments where you both take your own technical responsibility and coach colleagues in their technical work and deliveries. As an assignment leader, you act as a technical sounding board within the team and have continuous contact with the customer - either in the role of assignment leader or as project support.

Qualifications

In terms of experience, you fit the following description: You are a trained civil engineer or university engineer, and have a few years of experience as an assignment leader / GDL with a focus on interiors.

Advantageous/desirable experience

• Experience with VPDS, KDP, Teamcenter and APQP
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technical challenges and project environments
• Experience working closely with both colleagues and customers
• Catia V5

For this position, it is a requirement that you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing, as our assignments often include contact with Swedish customers. Some assignments may also be security classified, which means that you need to hold a citizenship from a nation affiliated with NATO.
