Afry Hydro is in a strong growth phase and is now looking for you who want to develop as a group manager with us.
At Hydro, we are today 100 consultants in Sweden and over 700 engineers globally who together drive the development of hydropower - from dams and dam safety to geotechnics, hydromechanics, hydraulics, environment and power station. We work in project teams to solve customers' challenges, both in national and international projects. Our business is growing steadily and we continue to expand as a Nordic player. To strengthen our organization, we are now looking for you who want to join our growth journey and build, develop and lead teams.
As a group manager, you will have a key role in our organization while helping to improve the conditions for Sweden's hydropower production. You will lead a group of dedicated engineers and be responsible for creating the right conditions for both individual and group development. The role includes personnel responsibility where you support, coach and develop employees, resource planning and recruitment. Your role also includes business development where you participate in tender work, customer dialogs and sales. Project work together with your team is also a natural part of the role as we see it as an advantage that you also work closely with your team, which gives both a participation in the business and a great opportunity to develop and influence in the daily work. The scope of project work varies with the role, over time and your preferences.
You will work in close collaboration with other managers in the Nordics. We are a supportive team that helps both each other and our customers to develop. In this role, you will have great scope to create, shape and influence, both the development of your group and Hydro's continued growth.
