Our projects are fun, challenging and varied - our clients range from private actors to public institutions. With us, you get to follow the projects from early stage to delivery and follow-up. We are currently working with some of the largest projects in Sweden and with both large and small players in the real estate industry.

We are now looking for a group manager for our HVAC department in Gothenburg. The department consists of just over 20 colleagues and is currently led by a section manager. Due to increased demand and to strengthen our position in the market, we are now dividing the department into two groups, and are therefore looking for a group manager for one of these, with responsibility for about 10 people.

As a group manager, you will have a role with great variety and many contact areas, where you are responsible for achieving successful and sustainable business. You lead the group's operations and support the section manager in matters relating to strategies, profitability, results, quality, personnel and marketing.

The role includes:

• Lead and develop the group's employees and create commitment and participation
• Follow up and ensure quality and profitability in deliveries
• Create new business opportunities and develop customer relationships
• Contribute to the development of work processes and routines
• Collaborate with other leaders in the business area to develop the business
• Be a present leader who sees and hears your employees and makes them grow

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in leadership and want to be involved in developing both people and business. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to create commitment and participation in the group.

We see that you have:

• Vocational college, university or civil engineering education in the relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Experience from the HVAC industry, preferably as a consultant, contractor or similar
• Experience in leadership, e.g. as an assignment manager or technical manager
• . as a project manager or technical manager
• Good understanding of the issues of the technical field and a great interest in technology and community building
• Good social skills and ability to build relationships, both internally and externally
• A prestigious, responsive and inclusive approach
• Ability to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• An established network in the region is meritorious
