Now we are looking for a committed group manager for our group within Project and construction management in Luleå!
The group currently consists of approximately 6 employees, and is located within the Community Building section. You report to the section manager and together you lead and drive the group forward.
As a group manager, your main task is to be a good leader for the group's employees but also to process the market to find new customers. Your role as a leader includes creating commitment and motivation, as well as conditions for employees to be able to develop and take personal responsibility. You also have an important task to shape a positive working climate and a dynamic workplace where goals, tasks with associated responsibilities are clear and where you have fun and develop at the same time.
This is a position with great freedom to build, drive and develop the group with authority over the group's growth, recruitment, staff, customers and marketing. You have full personnel responsibility, which means; recruitment, development, salary setting, etc.
For the right person, there are great opportunities for personal development and to continue developing within AFRY. You are part of the market area's management team together with several other group managers and section managers in a close collaboration that is characterized by trust and job satisfaction. You combine your managerial role with also working for some time yourself as a consultant, for example as a Project Manager.
Requirements specification
We are looking for you who are passionate about team development, satisfied customers and have a great interest in meeting both ongoing and future infrastructure investments in the North!

You show great commitment and are a confident decision-maker, who persistently drives the organization forward with good communication skills. The pace is sometimes high and it is important that you can plan and structure both the group's work and your own. In your role, it is important that you are committed, clear, structured and enjoy driving change.

For this role, we would like you to have many years of experience in the industry as a consultant, contractor or client, are good at doing business and are well versed in the consulting business. We prefer that you have the emphasis in Infrastructure and Community Building but with the desire to broaden the business to other customers.
You who are applying have an academic education with a technical focus or other equivalent work experience.
We also see that you have an unimpeded command of Swedish and English and find it easy to express yourself verbally and in writing.
