Job description
Together with your colleagues in HR Operations, you help employees and managers with all kinds of HR issues. Next to you are specialists and experts in areas such as payroll, labor law, work environment and compensation & benefits - a good basis for development in several areas. With us, everyone is themselves and we are always open to welcoming more people into the community. During the fall, we are strengthening the HR team and are therefore looking for a new colleague. About the role:
As HR Operations Support at AFRY, you are the person that managers and employees turn to when they need help with HR-related matters. The questions usually come in via email or phone, but it also happens that managers come by the office. The questions you'll be handling are either simple, and something you'll solve by returning an email, or more complex and require more investigation before an answer can be given. In addition to answering HR questions, you'll be working with ongoing administration in our HR-related systems. You are the person who, with a world-class sense of service, guides everyone in the right direction. A role that is so much more than just support!

You enjoy talking to people and providing first-class service and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. It's great if you have the attitude that everything can be better as we like to continuously refine and improve our processes. On the same theme, we in our team want to constantly develop and always share our knowledge and lessons learned, just as we think you want.
Further information
We want you to work with us from the head office in Solna. The work takes place on site, but there is of course the possibility of some home work. The team today consists of six nice colleagues with a forward-looking leadership that gives you great freedom under responsibility. In the section, we are thirteen colleagues who work closely together.
