Job description

Section 230432 currently consists of 42 employees and has also been located in Uppsala since the beginning of the year. There, the section is led locally by Group Manager Alexander Ahlin.
We are currently 7 employees who are located locally in Uppsala where there are 4 who belong to Alexander's HVAC group. The others belong to our national Hospital HVAC group and Model Managers.
After renewed confidence and increased demand, we need to strengthen our team in Uppsala. We strongly believe in a local presence but our signature is that we work in close collaboration both within the section and outside the section boundary.

We are looking for you who have experience or feel ready to take the step in HVAC assignment management.

We believe and work actively to be involved in collaborative projects and this requires that you are driven, interested in influencing in the early stages, have very good competence in HVAC and last but not least: have the ability to collaborate where we leave the ego at home!

Our commitments at the moment include Framtidsbygget in Gävle and Hudiksvall, Akademiska Sjukhuset in Uppsala, Studenternas IP in Uppsala, major industrial projects for local players, major safety-classified project in Uppsala and the surrounding area, major safety-classified project in Gävle. But we also help with leading roles in STEGRA and our general commitment to SSAB's new steel plant in Norr.

We put great emphasis on personality as well as experience.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with 5-10 years of experience working as a consultant or a development curve that is equivalent.
You have experience in HVAC project management or are ready to take the step.
You are used to working independently but also in a team.
You have good knowledge of MagiCAD and AutoCad applications.
Revit skills and a willingness to drive development within this program are meritorious.
