AFRY is a successful technology and engineering company with a focus on development and a more sustainable future! We at AFRY Advanced Automation are now looking for a Team Leader with the ability to engage and inspire people for our operations in Gothenburg!
Being a leader with us means great variety with many contact surfaces and a strong customer focus. Our business is focused on delivering advanced technology solutions in electricity, electrical engineering and automation to various industries and customers. Our group consists of more than 30 dedicated employees and together we have all the expertise required to implement and deliver complex and complete solutions to our customers. As a Team Leader, you will lead and coach some of these experienced specialists as well as young talents. In addition to managing technical projects, you will be responsible for the team's operations, which means that you are responsible for customer relations and sales in your area and are the one who finds, sees and creates new opportunities for future business and collaborations.
Together with me, the Section Manager Nadina, who is based in Gothenburg, you are responsible for the team's operations including business development, quality, personnel, recruitment and coaching. You will also work on projects, so experience of industrial projects is essential. We collaborate closely and also work in close cooperation with other sections and leaders in Gothenburg, Varberg and other Advanced Automation around the country.
Our Automation Gothenburg section belongs to the Advanced Automation business area, which consists of several units and sections, and together we work successfully in most industries with industrial automation solutions. The business is based in offices around the country and we carry out assignments throughout Sweden and also support customers abroad. The business area has a good delivery capacity and expertise in automation IT and system solutions in various industries and industries linked to industry and production. Qualifications

- A confident and engaging leadership style with great interest in people.
- Experience of working with projects, planning, budget, customer dialogues and results.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience and knowledge gained from elsewhere.
- B driving license and very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

Interviews and selection will take place continuously during the application period, with a break for summer vacations between v28-v32. The deadline for applications is 2025-08-29 and the position may be filled before the deadline. The position is a permanent full-time position with start according to agreement.
