Job description

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a structured and thorough International Trade License Officer with very good knowledge of English.

The role requires a person who is communicative and confident in handling contacts both internally and externally, including contacts with authorities.

The work involves supporting the client's department; Global Trade with various administrative tasks linked to the role of ITLO.

The work tasks include:

-Management of End-User Certificates)

-Administration of TAA (Technical Assistance Agreements)

-Other administrative tasks relevant to the department and the role

 

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

-Speaks and understands English fluently in both speech and writing.

- have good administrative skills

- work in a structured way and have an eye for detail.

- are used to communicating clearly and professionally in both speech and writing and thrive in a role that involves many contact surfaces.

As the customer is in the defense industry, Swedish citizenship is a requirement.

You will also need to undergo a drug test and a security clearance for this role.
